Phillip Williams

Phillip Williams is a founding director of Dick & Williams Lawyers with over 50 years experience. Phillip is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law and acts primarily in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law and Estate Planning. In 1986 Phillip was awarded Lawyer of the Year by the Law Society of New South Wales, chosen by a panel chaired by Sir Laurence Street. Phillip served on the board of Albury Wodonga Health for 9 years, ending his tenure as Deputy Chair. He served on the board of the Mercy Hospital for 30 years; the final 10 years as Chairman. Phillip was also active in the Albury Rotary Club and is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow.


Verity Williams.

PARTNER

Verity Williams joined Dick & Williams Lawyers in 2015 and was appointed a Partner in 2021. Verity practices primarily in Estate Law, Property Law and Estate Planning. Prior to joining Dick & Williams Lawyers, Verity specialised in public relations, working within the public health system and the political sphere. A passionate supporter of the arts, Verity is currently serving on the Board of the Albury Eisteddfod.


Oliver Perrottet.

SOLICITOR

Oliver is a solicitor trained in Banking, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring with Henry Davis York and later Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney. He has spent the last two years advising the NSW Government on primary industries policy and has returned to law in a regional setting of Albury with his young family.
